Hi,

in queue-pr.c, function drop_msg quite at the end memory

Yes, it appears negligible. Anyway, queue-pr has seen a significant amount of work between 3.113 and 4.0, and lots of work has been put into plugging leaks in all parts of GNATS, both through manual code analysis and with tools. The GNATS 4 ChangeLog details some of the work done in this department.
