Queue-pr error -Please help!

Hi

I am having a problem with GNATS.
Today,2 bugs were filed,which had entries in
categories but had no directories by that names in
GNATS ROOT directory.So they were put in pending.I
tried n times to edit them by using edit-pr but each
time,I got the error "invalid pr pending/324,cannot
edit;pr-edit returned error"So finally I had to modify
the index file in both cases and manually modify and
move these PR files to respective directories.
Then later I tried to file bugs as test in the newly
added categories and I am not able to.It says "bug
filed successfully",but I don't see them anywhere;i
didn't get email notification;they are not in
pending.I saw them immediately in current meaning they
are being processed.after an hour or so,I saw some
.gantsxxxxxx files in queue-pr directory.I read
somewhere that this means an error occured while
processing.how can i correct this?I tried running
queue-pr manually on these files after renaming them
to gnatsxxxxxx ,but nothing happens. After these 4
test bugs which ended in error,other members of the
team are able to commit bugs successfully.So it means
that queue-pr,send-pr are working right?-I don't think
my index is corrupted either,since all queries run
fine.Someone pls advice what I can do.
