I would like to do like follows to leave the WIN32/DOS support
to outside projects.

o I will announce that GLOBAL doesn't support WIN32/DOS environment any longer.
o I will remove all descriptions about WIN32/DOS from GLOBAL package.
o I will add new FAQ like this:

        Q1. Does GLOBAL support Windows32 environment?

        A1. No.
            But we will accept the code for Windows32 environment as is.
            It is hoped that someone makes the package for it.

I will do as mentioned above if there is no opposite person.
