If I rename all my input source files to have lower case extensions i.e.
from CPP to cpp or HPP to hpp then Global is able to find and include all of
them in the generated HTML files. The problem is that my revision control
system will not recognize the new filenames. Since my revision control is
Microsoft SourceSafe I know it's not going to change to make my life any
easier. So, I suggest modifying Global to be able to use upper case file
extensions.
