About ghost script

Hi

I would be highly thankful to you if you could suggest the solution of my 
problem.

Presently I am using the below ghost script code:

C:\Program Files\gs\gs8.62\bin\gswin32c.exe -dNOPAUSE -dORIENT1=false 
-sPAPERSIZE=a4 -sDEVCE=mswinpr2 -sOutputFile="%printer%Kyocera FS-1200 
(KPDL-2)"  "%s" quit

Could you pl suggest what can we do have the output(PDF PRINTED) with any name 
i wish.
