Printing PDF files under KDE

KDE uses pdf2ps to print PDF file.  For some PDF files and some
printers nothing prints.  This is due to a problem in pdf2ps.  The
offending line in the generated PostScript is:

612 810 null setpagesize

If I edit the file and change "null" to "/letter" then the file prints.
In other words, null is not an acceptable argument to the setpagesize
command.

This has been a problem with ghostscript v7.05 (RedHat 9)
v7.07 (Fedora 2) and v8.01 (compiled from source under
Fedora 2).  Based on the KDE bug report, the problem has
been seen under under Mandrake and Debian.
