PTC is proud to inform you that this "address@hidden" e-mail option
for retrieving you maintenance license pack has been replaced with a 
more powerful web based tool. For PTC maintenance customers to 
retrieve codes, access the "Retrieve Existing License Pack" option 
located at http://www.ptc.com/olm/index.htm .   
This updated tool provides the added flexibility for retrieving 
your license information based on config id, machine cpu id, site or
original product Sales Order number. You will not need the unique 
MSN number generated for each maintenance shipment.  The PTC 
database immediately processes this request and provides you up to the
minute changes in your licenses.  

For Rand or other reseller maintenance customers to retrieve codes,
access the "Maintenance Release License Packs" also at 
http://www.ptc.com/olm/index.htm.  This tool utilizes your site 
and MSN information to download the maintenance release license pack.
