Thank you for your e-mail to the Penn Webmaster.

If you wrote to request admissions materials or applications, your 
request will be forwarded to the appropriate Penn admissions office
and you should expect to hear back from them soon.

If you wrote with a technical problem concerning the Penn Web,   
PennNet or your Penntrex phone service, your request will be     
forwarded to the appropriate support people in ISC for follow-up.

If you wrote about a problem with your e-mail, we will forward your
message to postmaster@<hostname>.upenn.edu, where "hostname" is what
immediately follows the @ in your e-mail address, and you should
expect to hear back from your postmaster soon.

If you wrote about a medical issue, your e-mail will be sent to the 
Health System help staff for followup.                 

If your e-mail did not fall into one of the above categories, you
should usually hear back from a Penn Web Team member within two  
working days.
