When you get there, please first check out the FAQs (answers to frequently
asked questions), which solve more than 9 out of 10 common problems in less
than 10 minutes.
On the same web page is a form for sending a question to a real person. Due to
high volume, there is an average 3-day wait for a response from a real person,
so most people will receive best service by first reading the FAQs to see if
their question is already answered there.
