PDF and -dUseCIEColor problem

When I run ghostscript 7.04 (to check -dUseCIEColor when displaing PDF) from
VisualStudio using F5 (for debugging) it is working correctly (system
win2000).
When running using Ctrl-F5 or from outside of enviroment result is incorrect
(black areas).
Did you ever meet such behaviour. Are there any "magic" options to compile
GS using MSVC60 correctly?
The same problem we have using Intel compiler for Windows.
