Follow-up Comment #4, bug #56333 (project gettext):
To explain our build process: we first build/install in gettext-runtime (to
get libintl.8.dylib), then a clean build tree is used to for gettext-runtime,
linking against the installed libintl.8.dylib (which is the same version as
the gettext-runtime being built).
