The Boost C++ library offers format-strings such as "%N%"; see
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/master/libs/format/doc/format.html#syntax
gettext tools currently don't seem to support this: xgettext does not
add the c-format flag and thus msgfmt does not print an error, if
translators introduce syntax errors.
Are there plans to support boost?
