[bug-gettext] Continous integration on Solaris

Hi,

I have setup continous integration of git commits for Solaris to automatically 
build on
Solaris 10 Sparc and Solaris 10 i386 with Oracle Studio 12.3. However, HEAD 
does not
build cleanly at the moment. I would favor if we could get this fixed.

The plan is to proceed to grep, gzip etc. which require a current gettext.
