[bug-gettext] Unmaintained package?

Hello,

As I've noticed that there hasn't been a single commit to the gettext
repository since 26th January this year, and all our requests to get
JavaScript functionality added
(https://github.com/AndyStricker/gettext-javascript) has been fully
unanswered from any maintainer of this software
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gettext/2012-03/msg00010.html),
I must ask if you are still interested in developing gettext or not.

I'm uncertain how to handle this kind of issues correctly, thus I'm
