Hello,

Here is the context : we suppose there are translators and checkers of the translation.
Today translators know if the job of translation is done because all messages are in the translated state but checkers don't.

Here a suggestion : add a new state, check state, for a message indicating that a checker has validated the translation of a message. So flags would be state flags (translated (implicitly declared), fuzzy, checked), technical flags (c-format,...)

I send you this message to get help from you for stating on adding a new flag called checked or not.
