[bug-gettext] xgettext for Javascript

Hi

I'm still using and working on the xgettext javascript string extractor.

The current code is hosted on Github [1] on the branch "javascript" in
the following repository:

git://github.com/AndyStricker/gettext-javascript.git

I've integrated format string extensions and bugfixes from Carl
Fürstenberg. I really like to know if there is still something
missing and how the changes should be best submitted (e.g.
rebase it on master and send with format-patch?).
