[Bug-ftpsync] unable to build the file tree

Hi there,

I’ve recently started to use ftpsync to sync up my working directory with my 
homepage. My internet connection at home is very poor and I can count on the 
connection braking at least once when I’m syncing. Sadly it seems that the 
files created in the target directory somehow confuse ftpsync so that when I 
want to continue syncing another day the file tree is never able to be built.
