   Which is not what we are talking about. That issue was already
discussed and closed as far as I could tell.
Are you sure you read the previous exchanges?
And I'm merely adding that such a change should be done via a
command-line option, not an environment variable.

You are going in circles using arguments that have already been discussed
and ceded as well as bringing in tired-old-saws about the evils of Unix's
ENV vars.  Do those hobgloblins keep you up at night?
