Your implementation of GOW (whatever that is) is broken, since there
is no "echo" binary on the path. If there is an echo binary
available, perhaps it's just your user configuration (value of $PATH)
which is broken. You also appear to be using a very very old
version of findutils (4.2.20 was released on 2005-03-17).
