Hi Thad,

I think I've solved this mystery - the std.hdr on your website is shipped as
mp.hdr in Enscript these days.  The only difference (other than licensing) is
a slight change in date format:

-%Format: datestr       %D{%a %b %d %H:%M:%S %Y}
+%Format: datestr       %D{%d/%m/%y  %Hh%M}

You should be able to use it with "--fancy-header=mp".  It's trying to copy
the appearance of the OpenWindows "mp" tool, I understand - if you believe the
date format should be changed to more closely match that tool, let me know.
