Testing against a new server is taken care of in sanity.sh - testing
the executable as a client against itself as a server is testing
against a new server...

I was thinking the same thing.  Before I lost access to most of my
test platforms, they were doing pretty well, but it's been a few weeks
now and restoring access is out of my hands.  Larry, Mark, do you have
any major issues blocking a release of 1.11.22 or 1.12.14 off the tips
of the branches?
