Thanks for the clarification (and thanks also to Sylvain). I can see a
lot of sense in the way it's set up - it forces users to think about and
prioritize the features they want. Otherwise, everyone would vote 100
for everthing ;=)

I agree that the voting system is useful, once you know how to use it
;=) I just wasn't exactly sure how it worked, that's all.
