windows build needs gethostname ?

Subject: windows build needs gethostname ?

I am not sure of the right way to go about this.
Would someone with a Windows machine see if adding gethostname
to the build helps let cvs link again?

I thought there was a gethostname() function for Windows, but
apparently the nightly test failed for lack of the funciton...
