Hi,
it seems that cvs 1.11.14 does not allow to change the rights of an
already created document, i.e. the following does not work :
% chmod a-x mul.c
% cvs commit mul.c
After a checkout, the file mul.c still has the old permission.
Is this bug fixed in 1.11.17?
