Bugs with CVS in Windows XP professionel

Good morning Sir;

I would like a consultation concerning CVS software:cvsnt-2.0.41a.exe
I’m a student in informatics in France and I have to use this software in a 
project. I’ve installed the program on 2 computers (using the same stapes): 
one with OS: WIN XP Professional and the other WIN XP Home Edition. On the 
Home Edition the CVS works properly, but on WIN XP Professional I’ve 
encountered a problem:
     -when the following commend is given:
     cvs add –kb –m “coment” <file or directory>
   the obtained answer is this:

C:\Documents and Settings\admmounir\Bureau>cvs add -kb -m "ee" raj.doc
cvs add: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory
cvs [add aborted]: no repository

I don’t understand way. Can you help me? I’m very close to deadline so I’ll 
appreciate a rapid response.
