It is strictly switching on MIME type, allowing: multipart/mixed,
multipart/alternative, & text/plain, converting text/html into
text/plain, and stripping everything else. If after stripping the
attachments, the message is empty, then the mail is dumped. I'm not
sure what criteria it uses for "empty".
