I saw where you did some updates that created some patch conflits to
logmsg.c and commit.c, so I have created a new diff for you to use and
attached it to the http://ccvs.cvshome.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=19
issue.

The new diff removes the RereadLogAfterVerify which I no longer
consider necessary now that there is no need to support a 'stat'
method to reread the log message file with the sleep_past() delay
problems it would have introduced.

This new patch should make the cvshome.org version of cvs behave the
same as the FreeBSD version of cvs with no extra configuration
required.
