Has any thought of using "standard" URL type CVSROOT. For ext access, you
would have:
cvse://bach@faun.example.org/usr/local/cvsroot
For pserver:
cvsp://bach@faun.example.org/usr/local/cvsroot
For local:
cvs:///usr/local/cvsroot
