new snapshot available: coreutils-8.2.58-e06e, 8.3 maybe today

Here's another snapshot.  Final, I hope.
Unless something else comes up, I will
release coreutils-8.3 in around 10 hours.

In the last two days, there have been two bug fixes.  The one in pr is
minor, but the one that was fixed via a change in gnulib's utimens.c
would have caused trouble when coreutils is used with a very recent glibc.
