a problem about -regen_schema_file

I am a user of Teamcenter engineering V9.02. now I have a problem about
-regen_schema_file.

 

At first: "schema file is out of data requires regen". Then I give
command "install -regen_schema_file -u=infodba -p=infodba -g=dba". 

 

But a problem: 

 

c:\temp\tceng>install -regen_schema_file -u=infodba -p=infodba -g=dba

install: invalid option -- r

Try `install --help' for more information.

 

Can you help me to solve this problem?
