Pádraig and Paolo, thanks for your comments.

I agree with you, there is not need both for --overridable and
--current, since --current can be emulated passing a null
OMP_NUM_THREADS to --overridable.  In the version I attached, I dropped
--overridable and moved its semantic to --current.

Also, I added a new --ignore option.
