the bootstrap.conf file lists the dependencies of coreutils.   The
coreutils source will build with Autoconf 2.61, but you cannot built
Automake from its source repository with that version of Autoconf.
Building Automake from its source respository is necessary to get
1.10a, since that's not a release version.
