Thanks for reporting it.  That's a bug.
I'm embarrassed to say that there are a few programs
that have no texinfo documentation:

  @c FIXME: the following need documentation
  @c * [: (coreutils)[ invocation.                   File/string tests.
  @c * pinky: (coreutils)pinky invocation.           FIXME.
  @c * uptime: (coreutils)uptime invocation.         FIXME.
  @c * mktemp: (coreutils)mktemp invocation.         FIXME.
  @c * chcon: (coreutils)chcon invocation.           FIXME.
