hmmm... Apple puts some of these in /bin ... so ...
I wonder if Apple is using the FreeBSD /src/bin tree, then, rather than
configuring coreutils with --prefix=/  ... let me check on that...
if so, it may be near-impossible to sync their changes with coreutils,
y'think?  :(
