gmane is just a news frontend around actual mailing lists (in
this case, bug-bison AT gnu DOT org).  But it is not a bison bug,
rather a gnulib issue; and as evidenced by the CC list of this
mail, I have already reported the issue to the gnulib list.  It
is the gnulib project that maintains m4/bison.m4.
