According to http://www.levenez.com/unix/ the last Ultrix release was
Ultrix 4.5, dated November 1995.

Coreutils has pretty much dropped support for SunOS 4.1.4 (released
September 1994, last shipped September 1998), on the grounds that it
was a pain to support and that Sun no longer supports SunOS 4.1.4
either.  I suspect that HP/Compaq/Digital long ago dropped support for
Ultrix 4.5 and if that's true I think it's reasonable for coreutils to
drop support for it as well.
