$ man rm
rm prompts the user for whether to remove
the file. If the response does not begin with `y' or `Y', the file is
skipped.
This is not accurate due to localization. In Arabic for example, I can
response with the first letter of the Arabic word for Yes and it works. The
locales packages plays a role here. Would you please correct this?
