You're welcome. Oops; the long patch I just sent to bug-coreutils a few minutes ago is relative to coreutils without that patch installed. I can send a revised long patch if you like. But you may want to read it first before deciding what you'd like me to do to help with that monster. (Personally my head is still hurting from trying to think through all the paths in that code. :-)
