How to change the page text?

Hi,

I'm printing reports which must have a header with the company's name,
date 
and page number. I'm adding this header with the pr program to my text
files. 
The pr program alllows you to change the date and file text but not the
page 
text. 

It would be great if it were possible to change the page text or its
possition 
because I need the page number to be printed before the file text.
I would also like to be able to tell pr how many blank lines must
include in 
the header.

The footer should also have a custom text to display.

With this improvements my reports wil look better!
