Hello!

I'd like to add a --enable-tiny option to coreutils. It'd work similarly
to the one in GNU nano. When enabled, build stripped down coreutils with
only the minimal features required by POSIX.

The purpose of this is to be able to use coreutils for embedded systems, boot
floppies, etc.

Is such feature welcome? If so, I'll ask for copyright papers and start work.
