Problems with commonc++ 1.2.6

hello - I am trying to use your package, I need in special the xml-parser 
routines.  I ran configure/make, I have doxygen installed, but I could not 
get any programmers' documentation for your package.  just *3* lines in 
"commoncpp2.dvi", and an empty "doxy" file.  can you please tell me how to 
generate, or how to access on-line (google didn't help) a suitable 
documantation?  if not, it will be impossible to use your library.  thank 
you in advance,
