The only cvs transferred from savannah to sourceforge while savannah was
down were those for new (future) releases that were being activily worked
on and which are not yet ready for general use.  Perhaps what we may do in
the future is use SF for cvs for experimental things that are in
pre-release development, and transfer them back into a release branch on
savannah when they become ready for building and maintaining distributing
releases?
