I just stopped being one of the three spam-stoppers for the ENUM mailing
list. Same bunch of Korean html spewers. My suggestion is filter on html,
if it is in a message, the message isn't the content, its the mark-up,
and mark-up doesn't compile well, at least not for the compilation system
this list is agreed to use (g++, neh?).

Suggestion #2 is to use mailman or something and actually have victims
read the non-subscriber cruft (its all html) for spam, and manually do
the same thing.
