Common C++ 1.9.0

An initial code set for this had been completed last night, and I believe
Frediano has at least partially tested the win32 native builds for it.
I have reorganized the sourceforge cvs around the single source
directory and I have been able to validate the demo apps against the new
code under GNU/Linux.

I am going to do a seperate checkin of this new tree at Savannah under the
module name commoncpp and I am thinking of chaning the tarball for this
release from commonc++ to commoncpp because it would make the lsm people
much happier with their automated scripts which always rejected the "++"
in the package name.

I think it should be possible to build a native ccRTP win32 dll with the
current release, and this should make it much easier to create portable
IP phone clients with GNU ccRTP and GNU Common C++. I am going to try and
update ccRTP and other packages for this new Common C++ release later
this week.

I think the target date for release should be Friday. This will let
different people test the cvs stuff more completely, and perhaps provide
an oppertunity to update related packages.

David
