In how far does classpath follow the same rules as the rest of GCC?
If you are building from CVS/SVN, then you need makeinfo installed, see
<http://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html>. Only from a tarball
you can do without, as it already ships info files. But with a tarball,
configure should not fail if makeinfo is not present -- the user should
not need to have it in that case.
