[Bug classpath/32443] New: Calendar.set(HOUR_OF_DAY) makes time jump back or forward

Hello,

the Apache xmlrpc3 test suite fails because Calendar.set(HOUR_OF_DAY) has a
weird behaviour on classpath. Basically using Calendar.set(HOUR_OF_DAY) somehow
alters the date as well.

I have tested with classpath 0.92, 0.93, and CVS version dated 2007-19-6 and
they all exhibit the same failure.

I'll attach an example program in a minute.
