it works good with newer versions on classpath. In my case with

address@hidden:~/src$ gij --version
java version "1.4.2"
gij (GNU libgcj) version 4.1.2 20061115 (prerelease) (Debian 4.1.1-20)

works good (which is the version of classpath for GCJ 4.1?) but with jamaicavm
(an RTSJ VM) I have:

address@hidden:~/src$ jamaicavm TestNonBlockingDatagramSocket
BUG? Select() doesn't block!

They still use classpath 0.90. Sorry, it was better to post this issue to
jamaica's staff, not here.
