Cfengine 2.0.4 released

Version 2.0.4 of cfengine is released

The principal aim of this version is to address problems with
connection to file transfer services under loading of multi-processor
systems.  Several bugs in multithreading concurrency that caused bogus
"key authentication" errors have been fixed.

No significant features have been added to this version. My main
concern has been to solve the stability problems experienced by a few
users with multiprocessor systems. A few small details have been added:

* Option failover=<classes> in copy, allows followup actions or alternative
  servers to be contacted if connection to a remote host fails.

* Two new boolena evaluated classes:

        IsDefined(varname)
        StrCmp(s1,s2)
