bug in 2.0.4pre

I get this error:

cf:kaybee.org:/var/cfengine/inputs/cfagent.conf:3: Quoted scripts must begin 
with / for absolute path 

Here are lines 1-3 of cfagent.conf:

classes:
   PrintServers = ( a b c )
   have_cc = ( '/usr/bin/test -f /usr/ucb/cc' )

As far as I know this is a bug... it worked fine in 2.0.3.
