The frintts feature was added with

2018-10-09  Sudakshina Das  <address@hidden>

        * opcode/aarch64.h (AARCH64_FEATURE_FLAGMANIP): New.
        (AARCH64_FEATURE_FRINTTS): New.
        (AARCH64_ARCH_V8_5): Add both by default.

and the instructions added the same day.  However the
feature was not added to 

static const struct aarch64_option_cpu_value_table aarch64_features[]

within gas/config/tc-aarch64.c.
